Our snack bar will be open. We’ll also have a food truck parked on the street or you can bring your camp chairs and coolers (no glass or alcoholic beverages). Our grills will be ready for you to cook hot dogs and burgers.
Mrs. Collin County/Mrs. Texas and now reigning Mrs. America Brooklyn Rivera will be the MC for our National Moment of Remembrance ceremony in the afternoon. She’ll sing the national anthem following a flag ceremony presented by local scouts. * Did you know? The Miss Plano pageant was one of the first events held at the Texas Pool after it opened in 1961?
You can count on plenty of cannonballs, as well as games of water volleyball and Sharks and Minnows throughout the day.
