Summer Classes at the Nature Center provide students with an exciting hands-on, experiential opportunity to explore our natural world. A variety of STEM programs and topics offer an interactive, engaging way to learn about wildlife, ecology and the environment with classes ranging from Preschool to 8th Grade. Weekly Summer Camps are available throughout June and July, offering a 9am–12pm schedule for children ages 3–4 years old, and a 9am–3pm schedule for 1st–8th graders.

Our STEM camps strike the perfect balance between skill development and summer fun, allowing kids and teens to dive into coding, AI, robotics, 3D printing, game development, and more during a week at one of the country's top universities. Your child will work alongside new friends and learn from expert tech mentors, while taking breaks in between to enjoy outdoor playing fields for ultimate frisbee, capture the flag, kickball, board games, and other activities!

Our yoga camps are specially designed for kids and tweens to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm—while exploring self expression and confidence through movement. With options in mat yoga and aerial yoga, campers experience safe, supportive sessions that inspire mindfulness and joy. Camp sessions are 3-hours: 2-day, 3-day, or weeklong. $240 2-day camp $360 for 3-day camp $525 for full week (Discount available for siblings)

Just imagine… school is out…But, instead of sitting around the house watching TV, walking around the mall, or hanging out at the swimming pool, your parents have signed you up for Summer Camp on Horseback! You have a chance to learn to ride horses, how to care for horses, and you’ll have loads of fun while creating unique memories. Something special happens when you’re able to form a relationship and level of comfort with a horse. At our horseback riding camps, we see children get out of their comfort zones and while they are learning about horses and how to ride, they are learning something about themselves too. They learn to conquer their fears, they learn how practice, persistence, and determination can achieve goals. They discover not only that they are comfortable on horseback, but they are becoming accomplished equestrians with skills of how to control and direct the movement of the horse.

Adventure Awaits Inside Our Gates! Camp is a time for youth to explore, discover, and create in a place that encourages confidence and community. An overnight experience provides opportunities for kids to experience new interests and take appropriate risks while learning what it means to be a good friend and leader. YMCA camps grow and change with your kids, offering fresh ways for them to connect to their potential, purpose and each other.

Dallas International School’s 6-week Summer Enrichment Camp is open to ages 3–17, offering diverse activities in a safe, supportive setting. Choose full- or half-day programs with small, age-based groups; full-day includes lunch. Extended care runs 7:30 am–6:00 pm with optional extras like piano or art.
