Noon Years Eve- Central Library

Families of young children are invited to ring in the new year with this Noon Year's Eve party. Activities will include a photo booth with props; crafts (party-hat decorations, DIY noise makers, Firework Wands); games ("Red Solo cup" tower building, water bottle bowling); and finally a balloon drop for the countdown at noon.
