February 7th is Ice Cream for Breakfast Day!
Rumor has it, the holiday was created by a mother whose children were complaining that it was too cold to do anything. She finally said, “Let's have ice cream for breakfast!” Her children loved it so much, they wanted to celebrate it every year.
So be sure to embrace your inner child and help everyone's dream come true! We will be serving Ice Cream…for Breakfast! Stop by the library to build your own sundae and start your day off right!
