100 Years of Black History in Texas State Parks

In celebration of Black History Month, join a Ranger to learn about the past 100 years of black history in our Texas State Parks and those that helped build, create, inspire, and manage the parks we still love to this day. Then join on a short hike to celebrate the past and glimpse the future together.

Meet: Lost Pines Amphitheater
Who: All ages
Bring: Water, dress for the weather.

Reminders: All ranger led programs are subject to weather cancelations.

Attendance to this event is open to the public and free AFTER regular day use or camping fees.

Park frequently meets capacity and reservations prior to arrival are encouraged to ensure entrance into the park.
