Celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month with a special bilingual story time and arts & crafts activities.

It’s all about gratitude as we prepare to celebrate the season with family and friends. What are you thankful for?
December 7, 2023 — Winter Animals!
Brrr! Winter tales about cold weather and some of our favorite winter animals!
January 4, 2024 – Winnie the Pooh Day!
Let’ s read stories about the beloved bear from the Hundred Acre Wood and celebrate author A. A. Milne’s birthday with a special craft!
February 1, 2024 — V is for Valentine!
Hearts and candy, hugs and kisses. Let’s celebrate this sweet holiday!
March 7, 2024 – Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!
Green eggs and ham, anyone?, Join us to celebrate the legendary author and illustrator of such classics as Horton Hears a Who, Cat in the Hat , The Grinch Who Stole Christmas and The Lorax.
April 4, 2024 – Clouds and Rainbows!
Let’s hop into spring and slide down a rainbow…. Colors, clouds, and spring weather are the themes for this month’s stories and art.
May 2, 2024 – Moms are amazing!
Mothers Day is right around the corner! Moms are the inspiration for this month’s activities.
June 6, 2024 – Summer Splash!
It’s summer! Time to chill out with stories and art that’s all about summer fun at the beach and by the pool.
July 11, 2024 – Things the Go!**
Trucks and planes and cars and trains. This month’s theme is transportation and all things that go!
**Please note: July’s JumpstART is being held on the second Thursday of this month because of the July 4th holiday.
August 1, 2024 – Dog Days of Summer!
Beat the heat with stories and art inspired by our cool canine friends!
September 5, 2024 – Jump into Fall!
It may be hot out but it’s almost that time of the year again… Apples, pumpkins and falling leaves! What’s not to love about the upcoming season?
