Our mission is to offer fun, intellectually engaging summer camps at a reasonable price. For all of our summer camps, our mission as educators is for our students to substantially improve their critical thinking skills, confidence, public speaking skills, and passion for learning.
At the Middle School Champ Camp, our instructors and students will achieve these ambitious goals through leveraging the fun and intellectual rigor involved in three extracurricular activities: mock trial, speech, and debate.
Students will be grouped into labs with 9 other students. Our aim is to maintain a strict 10:1 student/instructor ratio. Our program is designed to provide students the opportunity to hone skills through participation in interactive lectures and practical drills. The week will culminate with a set of scrimmage rounds against other students and evaluated by our faculty.
