Cochlear Implant Summer Listening Camp

Each year, the Callier Center coordinates a fun-filled summer camp for children ages 4 - 11 who have cochlear implants.

Campers receive listening and speech-language therapy throughout the week and participate in exciting camp activities such as arts and crafts, music and dance, bounce house slides and obstacle courses. Campers also have the opportunity to be with other children who have cochlear implants, and family members have an opportunity to come together and share information.
Camp is conducted by licensed audiologists and speech-language pathologists, and graduate student clinicians serve as camp counselors or “buddies."
